Before attending Law School, she was President and CEO of Health Management Corp. (HMC), becoming a subsidiary of Anthem, Inc. During her nearly 20 years with HMC she led it from a small, local company with 5 employees to a nationally recognized leader with staff numbering nearly 400.<\/li>\n<li>Her business experience includes leadership in building an outstanding team of executives, ensuring effective vision and strategic plans, spurring innovation in services and the highest quality service to HMC&#8217;s customers. During her tenure at HMC, the company grew both internally and by acquisition.<\/li>\n<li>Marty left HMC in 2004 and accepted engagements in strategic and operating consulting for major businesses (as well as for smaller, local organizations).
